你需要对某一页面做很多的编辑工作。

• 确保本页面没有人在做主要编辑工作;
• Declare your intention on the discussion page associated to the page. The discussion page is indeed the place to check to see if someone else intends to edit (but has not started yet)
• After a reasonable amount of time has passed (1 day) edit the page adding at the beginning:

下面就会显示

这样别人就能知道这篇页面有人正在上面写作而不去更改，从而避免产生冲突。

新页面

It may happen that a chapter needs to be split in two or a new chapter must be added from scratch. Please join #blenderwiki on irc.freenode.net or declare your intention on bf-docboard mailing list.

New pages must fit in the Great Scheme so their naming must be proper and within the scheme.

You can of course start a page in the sandbox and move it later!
